This year’s Project incorporates: “Research and strengthen the auditing and certification system”; “Enhance the real-time on-line system of e-auditing and certification”; “Establish guideline for on-site inspection and verification”; “Plan and execute the supervision of auditing and certification groups”; “Assist the execution of supervision”; and “Review the supervision system of auditing and certification”. For “Research and strengthen the auditing and certification system”, this Project has completed the recommended article amendment for the regulations of auditing and certification, the recommended amendment version of the 2017 and 2018 commonality for the entrusted projects of the auditing and certification groups, and proposed the recommended amendment version of commonality for the auditing and certification operational handbooks. For “Enhance the real-time on-line system of e-auditing and certification”, this Project has already completed the trial operation for remote auditing, strengthened and gave guidance on the connection operation of CCTV and measuring equipment. For “Establish guidance for on-site inspection and verification”, this Project has proposed a commonality framework and examples of waste light sources. For “Plan and execute the supervision of auditing and certification groups”, this Project has proposed an implementation plan and an operational plan for quality enhancement, and has completed the planning of standard operating procedures for various operations, as well as the improvement proposals for remote supervision and review, and the draft plan for the 2017 supervision plan. For “Assist the execution of supervision”, this Project has conducted 7 sessions of relevant meeting for supervisory operations, 9 sessions of fields observation, 56 sessions of on-site verification, 8 sessions of evaluation, and 16 sessions of control center verification. For “Review the supervision system of auditing and certification”, this Project analyzed the deficiencies and suggestions raised by supervisory committee members in recent years and researched and proposed suggestions for corresponding improvement and modification. It also assisted the Environmental Protection Administration to integrate, file, update and manage the operational management information system for the supervision of auditing and certification groups.
